14.09.2010 HAUC and HSOG Roadshow - West Midlands

All the HAUC Roadshows are open to anyone, are free to delegates and allow those who attend to achieve a day’s CPD for only the cost of travel.  Whilst the Roadshows are aimed particularly at highway maintenance professionals, those who are involved in other areas of highways and transportation (eg: design engineers, structural engineers, traffic engineers and transport planners) should gather useful information which will help them in doing their current jobs, as well as preparing them for the time when their careers take them to situations where they are responsible for maintenance staff.  Maintenance is a core issue for all involved in highways and transportation and, therefore, candidates may be asked general questions about maintenance when attending the interviews as part of a professional qualification (eg: CEng, IEng and TPP) – whatever their specialist discipline.
